An underground vigilante group called Practical Justice, formed by three old school friends, has been dishing out their justice on child sex offenders who deny their offending. They feel they are making a difference to a broken justice system, but then something goes wrong, and an innocent man is almost killed.

Close friends since their school days, Jillian, Kathleen and Hannah have dramatically different personalities, and they are the stars of this novel. Their friendship has weathered countless storms over the years, but now things are spiralling out of control and they could very well end up in prison as a man lies clinging to life in a hospital bed.

This is a novel that weaves past and present together, revealing childhood trauma and more recent difficulties, long hidden secrets and conflicting emotions and beliefs around guilt and judgement. Will they remain united, or will their friendships be lost forever?

Three Little Vikings is a thought-provoking novel with female friendship at its cornerstone, examining a challenging topic with compassion, authenticity and insight. The book is firmly about the victims of child sex offending, offering a new way of looking at this confronting problem, which devastates so many lives. Here, the power goes back to the victims, not their abusers.
