The Nile Launches New Te Reo Māori Landing Destination and Fresh Rebrand

In a significant step toward celebrating and promoting New Zealand's official languages, The Nile, a leading online bookstore, has today announced the launch of a dedicated Te Reo Māori landing destination on its website. This new feature is part of a comprehensive company rebrand designed to better reflect its Kiwi roots and commitment to Aotearoa's unique culture.

The new section, titled "Whakatipu Te Reo," will serve as a dedicated hub for books written in te reo Māori. This new destination complements our existing Māoritanga page, which focuses on supporting Māori authors and highlighting books about mātauranga (knowledge) and tikanga (customs).
