The companion to the TV series, Nadia Lim has created a gorgeous cookbook featuring more than 80 hearty and wholesome recipes that the whole family will enjoy. Organised by season, there are nourishing soups, vibrant salads, delicious mains and mouthwatering desserts.
There are so many fabulous recipes to choose from! Our family have enjoyed these:
Coconut-Poached Chicken with Crunchy Spring Greens, Herbs, Lime & Chilli – A superb salad, full of fresh flavours. Just the right balance of crunch and tender chicken.
Moroccan Lamb Shank Cornish Pasties – a hearty and delicious meal, great hot or cold.
Greek Lamb with Tzatziki, Spiced Peach Chutney and Flatbreads – such a flavourful meal, especially the delicious chutney.
Coq Au Vin – tender and delicious.
No-Bake Ricotta Cheesecake – such a fuss-free dessert, and the syrup and strawberries take this to the next level.
Upside-Down Plum & Cardamom Cake – what a brilliant way to enjoy in-season fruit with this moreish cake!
The cookbook is infused with Nadia’s warmth and takes you behind the scenes of her real-life farm, Royalburn Station, with her husband, Carlos. As well as recipes, there are also short stories about their life on the farm. Nadia’s Farm Kitchen is a must-have cookbook. It’s honest and real, and the recipes are straightforward and ones you will return to again and again.
