‘Enchanted’ is the perfect description for this delightful picture book for young children. Amy is the heroine of the story, and she is a little girl who likes adventures. Every night she disappears into a dream world with Snowy her owl. In book one of the series, Amy arrives in a fairy-tale forest, with beautiful scenery, fairies, frogs, trolls, turtles, parrots, elves and more.
The story is a delight to read with gentle rhyming text that makes it the perfect bedtime story. And the illustrations are simply gorgeous. It’s a visual feast for the eyes which expands on the written text. Amy’s Dreaming Adventures is a beautiful book for children which will make you smile. It’s a hopeful, happy adventure, and I can’t wait to see where Amy goes to in her next book.
