The Taco Tuesday Cookbook by Laura Fuentes

Writer: NZ BookloversNZ Booklovers

The Taco Tuesday Cookbook has 52 taco recipes, so the family can enjoy a different taco for each Tuesday of the year. The tacos in the book look very interesting and cover a variety of different types of foods from different regions. There are Korean Beef Tacos, Auntie’s Mexican Chicken Tacos and Jamaican Jerk Chicken Tacos. The book shows you how to make classic guacamole, salsa, tortillas and various dressings and sauces. There is also a fun section for refreshing beverages.

I have already enjoyed making Huevos Rancheros Tacos, Easy Chicken Fajitas, Food Truck Tacos and Bacon and Egg Breakfast Tacos, and found the recipes very straight forward and easy to do.

The Taco Tuesday Cookbook is a good practical size for a recipe book, with a simple layout that is easy to use with great photography. It’s a great idea to get all the family involved, there is so much that children can enjoy here – and a nice idea to pick a day a week to make tacos and try the variety on offer in this book. The most difficult decision will be which taco you make first!

For all thing’s taco, this is the book for you!
