Little Bo Peep and more, Illustrated by Donovan Bixley

Little Bo Peep and more takes four well-known nursery rhymes featuring sheep (‘Mary Had a Little Lamb’, ‘Baa Baa Black Sheep’, ‘Little Bo Peep’ and ‘Little Boy Blue’) and gives them a kiwi makeover by placing them in the quintessential New Zealand setting – the farm.

Not just for the littlies, Donovan Bixley’s illustrations are bright enough to appeal to younger readers but are also packed with enough humorous details to entertain older children.

The cover images of Little Bo Peep and more says it all really – a tractor packed with careering sheep all looking like they’re having a fabulous time. And what great fun it is.
