We are really trying to cut down on the amount of sugar we eat as a family and as I use my slow cooker at least 3 times a week, this would be the perfect recipe book to see how I can further reduce sugar from our diet.

Use of the slow cooker is usually successful and tastes good but cakes and desserts without sugar not so; so a well respected and reviewed recipe book which gives edible results overdue, and most welcomed.
